Vegan Chocolate Banana PB Hemp Smoothie
It’s way too hot to eat anything after our workouts, so I’ve been making smoothies post running. Boy, do they hit the spot! Here’s my husband’s favorite, chocolate, peanut butter, banana and hemp seeds with almond milk
Chocolate Banana PB Hemp Smoothie
2 cups ice
2 cups almond milk, or water
2 T hemp seeds
1 T chocolate sauce of choice
1 T peanut butter, this is not exact- I used a heaping spoonful
2 Bananas
