Homemade Maple Pecan Granola

Maple Pecan Granola

2 C old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 Pecan halves
1/3 C walnut oil
1/4 C maple syrup (or more if you have a big sweet tooth)
2 t cinnamon
1/2 t clove
1/2 t nutmeg
1 C raisins

Mix all dried ingredients together well then stir in oil and syrup. Make sure you mix well to cover all the oats and pecan pieces.

Place granola mix onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake on 200 for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Take out when you have a nice, golden color on all of the oats. Once cooled, add in raisins .
