Quick Vegan Gluten Free Cheese Pizza
Still on our pizza kick! This time, I took the easy way out and used a Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Mix.
Instead of an egg replaces, I used 4 T of warm water and 2 T of chia seeds. You could do the same with flax seeds or flax seed meal.
I added the usual tomatoes and basil, which I’ve really been using tomatoes and basil that were picked from friend’s gardens this summer. It’s been amazing to have fresh ingredients that I don’t have to worry about where they came from…
Using our awesome new pizza stone, I rolled out the dough, added a store bought organic pizza sauce, sprinkled Daiya Mozzarella cheese then added tomatoes, basil, red pepper flakes and oregano.
Bake on 450 for 25 to 30 minutes. It was so deliciously ooey gooey that we needed a fork for this one!
