  • The other night I made chickpea crepes with sautéed #dandelion greens, onions, tomatoes and roasted red peppers. (I bought some dandelion greens at my favorite co op and I found a handful outside in my yard.) I shaved some @violife_foods_usa parm on top with a drizzle of siracha for the perfect finishing touch. It was soooo good! . . . . Also, I always seem to tag the @potsdamcoop when I make chickpea crepes only. But I swear! I make tons of vegan food with ingredients I get from them!   • Curious about how to start eliminating paper towels? I can only tell you what’s worked for me, and so far, this is it. I have a huuuuge drawer full of towels. I use maybe two a day. The white ones are lint free and great for cleaning my non wood furniture. They work on mirrors and windows also. That adorable little brush and dust pan you see if for sweeping crumbs off my wood surfaces. I don’t have a regular kitchen, so I don’t wipe things down with cleaner. (I’ll show you my counters soon!) The print towels are for my hands and drying the dishes. I still use paper towels for my bathroom sinks and toilets, but other than that, I don’t use paper anymore!
