Vegan Spelt Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

I was in the mood for something sweet and healthy today so I whipped these little gems up. Hope you enjoy <3

Dry Ingredients
2 C whole wheat spelt flour
1/2 C quick oats
2 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
1/2 to 1 C mini dairy free chocolate chips (use more or less depending on how sweet you want the muffins)

Mix everything but the chocolate chips together in large bowl.

Wet Ingredients
3 Large ripe bananas
1 1/2 C light agave
1/2 Coconut oil, melted

Add everything into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Use a fork to mash the bananas as well as mix all of the ingredients together. Add in the chocolate chips and mix again.

Bake on 375 for 10 to 13 minutes. My magic number was 13. Makes about 16 muffins.
