Every Sunday my husband and I have homemade waffles. We used to eat the frozen Vans or Kashi, which are good for frozen, but marketing them from scratch is the best! And it’s super easy too!

Waffles
2 C all purpose, unbleached flour
1 T baking powder
Dash of salt
2 T vegan sugar
2 T vegetable oil
2 C warm water

In one bowl, mix all dry ingredients. In a separate smaller bowl, mix warm water and oil. Add wet to dry and mix until smooth.

I use a large spoon and add about 2 or 3 scoops of batter to your waffle iro. Cook until golden brown.
