Very Vanilla Chia Pudding

You know those weird little seeds everyone is raving about? The ones that go in everyone’s smoothies? Those are chia seeds! And did you also know that chia seeds make for one amazing little dessert?

No?! Well, you do now! And I know you’ll wanna try it cause you’re curious, are t you? 😉

Follow these amazingly easy steps for one amazingly delicious dessert! Or, breakfast, like I did yesterday.

Ingredients

2 C vanilla non dairy milk (I used hemp)
1/2 C chia seeds
2 T vanilla extract
2 T maple syrup

Directions

Put everyone into a bowl with a lid, or a mason jar, and mix together.

Cover and place in the fridge over night, or at least 8 hours.

That’s all. You’re done.

Add a little coconut whipped cream and you’ll be in chia pudding heaven!
